We arrived early for check in and staff gladly took our bags in. However, at the end of the night when we returned, we were shocked to see that our bags were left in the middle of the lobby, not even near the staff counter, making it accessible to anyone walking by. On another note, there was a strong smell of smoke in the lobby as the hotel set up a smoking area up front. Overall, a great 3 star hotel close to many amenities and convenient!

Great location- close to the subway and to shopping, like Daimaru, Parco, and Shinsaibasi-Suji. Also next door to the Aeon grocery Store that offers great Japanese food. Room is smaller and did not allow us to lay out our 2 carry-on luggages. Very clean

Great location as it’s very close to the train station and there’s a 24/7 supermarket just next to it. Area isn’t too busy and loud at night, which is great. Would love to stay here again!

The convenience of this hotel for the price is one of it's best attributes. Walking distance to the shopping center of Shinsaibashi and Dontonbori. Near a train station, super market, and othe dinning options. The room was a bit small but comfortable. The staff were helpful and spoke good english.

Quiet, clean, safe and very convenient location. Right next to a 24hour Aeon convenient store and train stations with shopping and restaurants. Friendly and helpful. To our surprise the beds were so comfortable we were well rested after long days of touring. Love this Hotel can’t wait to come back.
