The hotel were exceptionally amazing. We stayed for 8 days. The hotel provide tremendous amounts of amenities such as free coffee, smoothies, juice afternoon snacks, late night snacks, Spa, a small gym and laundry room. The room is clean and good size. The location is in a very convenient location -walking distance to Umeda shopping district, restaurants, Osaka station. If you want to pick up some snacks - Lawson, 7-11 store and family Mart all within half of block from the hotel. I particularly enjoyed their Spa and late night snacks - it was soothing and perfect for relaxation after a long day of shopping /sightseeing. The limousine bus to Kansai International Airport (KIX) which is less than 3 minutes away from the hotel which were very convenient. If you are looking for a hotel with all in one. This is the hotel for you.

Very clean and modern design hotel, room is slightly bigger than the standard in Japan. Checking was fast and smooth, staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside is the location of the hotel. It is quite a distance from Osaka station, and no shelter along the way.

Overall the property is worth considering. Workers are attentive and the location is conveniently near the JR line and shopping. The cons are that the dining area and carpets leading to and inside the rooms were not clean. The carpet had stains. For Japanese standards I would say this is below par. That said, the rest of the room, such as the bathroom and bedding were clean and up to the standards we have experienced at other Japan hotels. The other slight inconvenience - no outside food is allowed in the main lobby and dining area. I understand the rule but it would have been nice to be able to enjoy some outside bought desserts with the free coffee/tea. The free happy hour (wine) and free snacks were a nice touch though.

Excellent hotel! Very clean, safe, well decorated. Honestly the most useful thing was this multi-headed charger they offered in the room—I didn’t think I’d use it, and then I was charging everything all the time! Thanks for the convenience! Deep tub, appreciated the room service. Thanks!

Great hotel which is clean, modern and comfortable and in a really good location. It’s close to the station as well as being walkable to many restaurants. Hotel even offers a Happy Hour from 5pm till 7pm with free wine, fizz and snacks! Fantastic perk!

This hotel is lovely! We stayed 5 nights in a superior double. The room is large and clean. The only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is that the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and my partner and I both slept terribly here. We ended up with back, neck and shoulder pain, tightness and headaches.

The room and toilet was very nice and comfortable to stay in. The hotel has a link for you to check the availability of the washing machines in the laundry room, which was super helpful as it also tells the availability and the duration of each cycle the machines.

Great location, walking distance from the train station. Clean, friendly staff. Lots of free snacks and drinks, including noodle soup in the evening. Large hang out space at the lounge.
