Smallest room so far in Japan. For a father and teenage son trip it’s no big deal. What we do outside the room matters. Also smallest ensuite so far. Love Japan

No TV. No water bottle. The mini fridge is really mini and not very fridgey (couldn't get mine lower than 16c it seems) But otherwise, its a room, and the rooms works, which is the only thing I needed so its fine. It's close to the train station, but it the small one right between two major ones that tend to get skipped over. If you don't mind a 5-minute walk either way or wait a little longer, it'll do. The price sure is good though, and like I said the room works. And it's almost next to Namba, and Shinseikai, and the computer/anime street, and a park+zoo. Plus a coin laundry just two blocks away (You're definitely needing that in the summer) So there's that going for them.

Stay was average - we were supposed to and our room cleaned midway through and that didn’t happen, had to keep taking our own trash out everyday. Rooms were really cold and there was nothing explaining how to turn the AC on. They don’t offer luggage delivery service so we had to lug our bags around Kyoto looking for one - thankfully we found a Yamato in Gion. WiFi was also very poor.

This hotel was amazing especially for the price! If you want someone that has the necessities and place to stay that is cheap but still has quality this is the place! It’s a few minutes away from the stations super close to a few convenience stores. And also walkable distance to tourist destinations. I would highly recommend starting here

Beautiful place and the most comfortable bed I’ve had in Japan. Staff were very kind and helpful. A block from Shinsekai and the tower, and a 20 minute walk to dotonbury. A great stay!
