Beautiful hotel with lots of food options nearby. 7/11 across the street, udon, katsu, sushi are all within walking distance. Dotonburi area is a 15 min walk. Rooms are spacious and modern. Free coffee, juice, teas was always available on the lobby. Train station close by too. Only downfall was there was no airport transportation except for taxis. Expensive ride Itami airport. I’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and located within walking distance of a lot of the areas we wanted to visit. The staff were sooo nice and accommodating! They helped us with luggage transfers and were very polite and extremely helpful. We loved our stay here!

The staff have been superb, the room is clean and largely well appointed. The hotel is also in a great location. There are a few minor annoying quirks with the room, mostly caused because it’s small, nothing deal breaking for the location.

Excellent service from the staff. Loving the hotel provided a service where you transfer your luggage to your next destination, with a small fee. The metro was close, easy to get around.Definitely will stay here again if we ever come back to Osaka.
