THE BRIDGE HOTEL OFFERED ASSISTANCE TO US

I always believe people makes the difference. A 3 star hotel can provide 5 star service if staff is willing to go beyond with a smile. Check-in experience - we arrived early, was told check-in time is 3pm which is fine. Reception staff was very helpful and offered amenities to freshen up. We returned at 1:45pm, checking if room could be ready. Staff didn't bother to check the system and firmly told us it's 3pm check-in. Unwilling to assist from Reception staff - we browsed with personal phone+wifi and tried to book a tour without success. Asked Reception staff if they could help to call, was told to go up to room and use the free phone. Told them they could use my phone, but they declined. We went to THE BRIDGE HOTEL across the road, super helpful staff (4 of them) with big smile on their face. We told them we are not their in-house guests. We stayed at the hotel across the road, Nishitetsu Inn Shinsaibashi. They offered assistance without any hesitation. They called the travel agent and check tour possibilities. We wish we found The Bridge Hotel earlier. Friendly staff, excellent service, English & Mandarin speaking staff. They offered free pocket wifi to in-house guests. Lots of other free stuff too. We will definitely book the Bridge House for future trips and will recommend The Bridge House to our friends.

Location is super good and it is in the centre of American village.! You can walk 20min to Kuro market to have good BF or walk 5min cross the street heading to shisaibashi 😀. Room is clean and you can see but stuffs quite old but keep good.

Great location!

What I like about the hotel are its cleanliness and location (which is 5 min walk to Shinsaibashi metro station). However, the rooms are not very spacious.

Great location and great service!

Had to book a hotel last minute for two nights and the price at this hotel was reasonably cheap. I could check in right away, and the room was clean and had all amenities needed. The location is really good for access to the Nanba/Shinsaibashi area. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful.
