Easy access from the train station (exit 5) to the hotel and close proximity to the Rinkutown Premium Outlet. We also enjoyed a short walk to the Trial Supermarket. Glad that we included breakfast for our stay and it was served at the restaurant space on the 21st floor with a nice view. Grateful for the shuttle bus to take us to the Kansai Airport. Great service overall.

My stay was great! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Close to Rinku Town station, with a shopping mall and outlet mall close by. A good hotel to stay for the night before an early flight from Kansai airport. The room is quite spacious by Japanese standard. The public bath with sauna is very nice with different types of hot spring water. The shuttle bus service to Kansai airport in early morning is excellent.

Beautiful View from hotel room window, spectacular view at sunset at the dinning room, and very convenient if you love window shopping or shopping at outlet mall which is huge and can’t even go through in one day! You can walk out from 2F and walk for 5minutes and there is a huge outlet mall. Hotel’s beds are so comfortable, shower room, rest room and sink are separated. So clean and new. If you have not tried hot spring, you must try! It is so- relaxing and ease your achy feet’s pain.
