Great amount of space for one individually, comfy bed with ample pillows for sleeping. And a desk space that accommodates writing and other activities for usage there inside the room. Enjoyable onsen, though there is a question of [why] a guy, an American tourist with visible tattoos on him was allowed to be in the onsen? Shouldn’t there be a limit on those who are allowed in? Very important. And awfully disturbing. Otherwise, the only drawback is its distance from the main city by the Express Rail— it’s very time-consuming and generally more whenever commuting in each direction, at about [¥ 840-900]. It takes approximately 30-minutes to Namba from Ringku-town Station. Would recommend highly considering another stay here definitely. Though, there are no gym facilities here on the premises. Lovely place otherwise for all types of travelers, and families too.

The staff in the dining area worked their tails off. The dining area did not have enough staff or seating to accommodate the number of guests. We waited one evening for over 30 minutes for food that was not that great and a bit overpriced. When I booked it, I didn’t realize how far it is from the main areas we wanted to visit. We spent a lot in train fare to get to all the place we wanted to see because it is so far out.

This hotel was perfect for my late airport arrival. Right at the exit of the first train stop. Easy and fast self check-in, a helpful attendant stood at the ready to take any questions and guide guests to the elevators. Morning shuttle for those departing. Make sure to get a room with enough bed size to your liking. There were some extra mattresses in the closet of our room, however our family of four was fine without them.

room is very small, no towel provided in the public bath, and you need to bring those from your room, and the amenities provided are limited. Not recommend the breakfast which is overpriced with limited choices. Bathroom with bad odour.

Convenient airport hotel

We chose the hotel for convenience as it’s close to the railway station and provides a shuttle to the airport. Firstly you just walk out of the correct exit from the railway station and the hotel is right there! Also the shuttle worked perfectly. We appreciated the scales in the luggage storage room as we could check the weight of our carry on. All in all the hotel provided everything we wanted.

If you need to stay near the airport this hotel is perfect. One stop to the airport, 2 minute walk to the hotel from the train station. Lifts available and easily accessible to and from train station to hotel. Modern hotel, yet charming Japanese touches like the onsen and tatami mats in the room.
