The hotel is located in a quiet area but yet so so close to shops and restaurants. It has a good vibe and the staff made the whole stay wonderful. I actually did not want to leave but my stay was up. The staff from the Front Dest to the housekeeper were so so friendly. The hotel had a new and fresh look and i was actually thinking if this was a steal well folks, i came out like a bank robber because it's a hidden "gem" in Osaka. 5 stars for the staff. and 5 for the location and the room a bit small but the staff quickly made me forget that. Will miss it.

I would definitely stay again, the room size for two people was nice and we didn’t need much more. The room was clean and the bathroom was good with a decent sized shower and bath. The staff and majority of the amenities were great. However our only dislikes was the air conditioning as was hard to navigate in a different language without instructions so we used a translator app. Most importantly the pillows were the hardest pillows to sleep on. They had been filled with buckwheat rather than actual pillow stuffing and structure. I requested a memory foam pillow which the staff were lovely to provide, but the pillow was super small and felt like we weren’t even sleeping on a pillow. It may sound fussy but all we wanted as a normal pillow.

Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan. Great breakfast buffet, solid location that is 15-20 min walk from Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi, very helpful staff, and much more space in the hotel room which was definitely needed. Would 100% stay here again!

One of the best hotels I’ve been to in Japan. So many things were very convenient and are things I wish every hotel had. Room was decently sized for 2 people, better than most Tokyo hotels. Room and washroom were very clean. Cleaning service in the morning did a great job and didn’t interfere with any of our belongings. They had the option to provide a bag of toiletries if you put the do not disturb sign for the days you don’t need them to clean your room but want new towels, etc. As a tech guy, I was impressed that their TV had chromecast and many common streaming apps built in. They even had a LAN port if you were into online gaming if you’re travelling for a tournament or something. Their number 1 feature would be that their laundry machines were viewable online by scanning the QR code on the machine and would display if they were currently being used, how much time is left, finished cleaning or vacant. This helped so much so that we wouldn’t have to go to the floor to check. They had 2 wash & dry hybrid machines on 2 different floors for a total of 4 machines. They also had an option to pay by QR code which allowed you to pay on your phone by credit card/apply pay for example, in addition to bills and coins. Location of the hotel was pretty good, a bit of a far walk to Dotonburi river but doable (15-20 mins). Close to subway stations as well. Hotel is directly across from 2 noodle/ramen restaurants that are rated very highly. Overall, amazing stay.
