Great location! We lived that it was in a neighborhood. Very short walking distance to transportation. I would not recommend this home for anyone with small children, elderly, or disabled. The stairs are so narrow and short. Other than that two bedrooms are upstairs, one downstairs. Very cute little space. I would stay there again.

Comfortable Space, lack of host communication

This place comfortable fit our family of 5. Pros: 2 toilets, air conditioning in each room, good sized bedrooms, dining table (fits 5 people max), beds were firm, but comfortable, washing machine, short walk to transit, and shampoo/conditioner and body wash for our stay was included), neighborhood felt safe.Cons: while I received check in information 2 days before we arrived, the host did not respond to my messages (responded to my first message, but only with VRBO intervention), I had basic questions about check in process in 2 messages and neither were answered. In the VRBO note, it said host will provide check in information 3 days prior so waiting the day with no response and no responses to prior messages, caused unnecessary stress.Stairs are very steep and narrow, 1 shower/tub combo.
