Very nice and quite new design hotel. It is a bit close to all the expensive clubs, which is next street. It is a busy area with several dining options.

Would definitely stay here again. McDonald’s 1 minute walk, a convenience store at the corner. Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel was clean and in a safe area to explore. Restaurant and Bar on the second floor. Lobby lounge and outdoor rest area. Easy to fall a taxi down if you need. Starbucks located a block away, and a subway entrance a 2 minute walk. Osaka Station about 1/2 mile away. Front desk has English speaking staff and we’re very helpful.

Iv stayed at Zentis Osaka twice now and everytime its always a joy. The staff are really kind and helpful and go above and beyond for guests. The front desk was able to call my airline and switch my meal for me which was really helpful as i wasnt able to call myself.

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of busy Osaka. Staff were very friendly, hotel was beautifully designed, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They even provided a crib for our baby (emailed to reserve in advance). Highly recommend!

The Zentis, Osaka is a wonderful hotel that should get 6 stars. The interior vibe is so very cool. The staff at the front desk went out of their way accommodate your needs. Our room was well sized and had all the amenities we needed. It is no surprise it is Michelin noted. The bar and the restaurant “ Upstairz “ was completely worth it. Mr. Okuda Shuhei , Chef Sommelier is is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in pairings as well as the diversity of the many Sakes. Mr. Otomo Yuji is a master behind the bar. His creative style makes his libations delicious and craving another. The hotel, the rooms, the bar and restaurant…. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Christine, Ft. Collins, Colorado

Great little hotel - comfortable, clean & convenie

Excellent hotel. Somewhat no frills service, but the important things were there - efficient check in / check out, nice modern & clean rooms, comfortable beds & pillows, situated in a convenient and relatively quiet location. In-house restaurant was surprisingly good, as is the bar. A bevy of decent restaurants nearby, as well as combinis and even a mcdonalds for when the combini is closed.

We loved our stay at Zentis Osaka — the staff and atmosphere were warm and welcoming, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent (the laundry room is not only functional but also chic, with a vending machine, Nespresso machine, microwave, sofa, perfumes, books etc). The hotel is a bit of a walk to the metro, but very easily accessible by taxi and on foot, and although there’s a lot of night life nearby, it’s a quiet location to stay in and the rooms are very quiet/comfortable for sleeping.
