Staff is very attentive and courteous. Room is well maintained and straightened/freshened each day. Upstairz bar/restaurant is a great accommodation to the hotel. Hotel is a great location with quick access to multiple sources of public transportation a short distance from hotel. I like staying here highly when in Osaka. This visit was my third time staying in the hotel. I highly recommend hotel for travelers staying in Osaka.

The staff, reception area, bar and lounge are all very high quality and better than you would expect for the price which is reasonable. The negatives were the sound as there are large ventilation ducts supplying the underground station which is a constant background noise because the glass isn’t very sound proof. We also found the room had signs of wear and tear.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Staff and restaurant were perfect! Room was still dirty upon entrance, bathroom mirror was dirty and shower was dirty (I have pictures.) I called and asked them to have it re-cleaned and it wasn’t. Cleanliness could’ve been a little better but overall a good hotel.

About a 10 minute walk to the closest subway station but convenient to a lot of small restaurants. Surrounded by locals in the area so it’s not as touristy as it would be if you stayed closer to dotonburi. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend!
