I love Wyndham

I love staying at LaQuinta in Oxford, MS. The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is the housekeeping staff. They were so loud and rude, yet they wonder why they call them n*ggers.

We stayed at this hotel from Thursday to Saturday and had a very disappointing experience. There was NO hot water for our entire stay. Each morning, when we went down for breakfast, there was no coffee available, and the food was never restocked—everything was completely picked over. Our room was dark and dirty, making our stay even more unpleasant. We were there with a group, and everyone in the hotel was dealing with the same issues. The staff put all of us on a list of unsatisfied guests so management could compensate us for our $278-per-night stays. However, despite this, we are still waiting for a refund. Very frustrating and unacceptable—definitely not happy guests.
