Aikaisemmalla omistajien listalla oli yli 60 5 tähden arvostelua. Olemme toimittaneet taloon joitain päivityksiä, mukaan lukien upouudet lattiat, jääkaapit ja uuden pakastimen. Olemme myös päivittäneet kerrossänkyn patjat. Toivomme tarjota sinulle uskomattoman kokemuksen rannasta.

Haluatko hienoa perhelomapaikkaa? Pysy askeleen päässä Tyynestä valtamerestä yhdessä Oregonin parhaista rantakaupungeista. Tämä uninen pieni rantakaupunki sopii erinomaisesti perheen tapaamisiin tai romanttisiin viikonloppuihin. Tule nauttimaan kauneudesta! Talomme sijaitsee suoraan Haystack Rockin edessä Pacific Cityssä, Kiwanda Shores -kehitysalueella. Täydellinen perhe talo, uusittu äskettäin.

Istu kannella ja katso, kuinka lapset surffata, tai päästä veteen muutamassa lyhyessä vaiheessa. Upeat 180 asteen panoraamanäkymät Porter Pointista etelään, Haystackin kallio edessä ja Cape Kiwanda ja jättiläinen dyynien pohjoiseen. Lukuisia aktiviteetteja Tyynenmeren kaupungissa tai ei toimintaa ollenkaan - se on helppo paikka rentoutua kannella ja katsella valtamerta. Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta kuuluisalle Pelican-panimolle.

Muutama muistiinpano:
Tupakointi kielletty talossa tai sen lähellä - pidämme puhdashajuisesta rannasta ja valtamerestä. Tämä ei ole isoäitisi rantatalo - mutta ei myöskään puoluekeskus! Vaikka vuokraamme talomme, se on myös oma henkilökohtainen rantalomme, jossa yövymme myös usein.

Nuotiopalat - Läänin säädökset sallivat tällä hetkellä nuotion tulen hiekkadyynin valtameren puolella. Et voi polttaa ajopuuta tai kasvillisuutta.

HUOM: Emme voi taata aurinkoista säätä tai selkeää näkymää merelle. Vaikka talomme sijaitsee eturivillä - ilman hiekkaa sinun ja valtameren välissä -, talvituulet voivat nousta jopa 100 mi / h: iin, jolloin hiekan marja syntyy kaikkien talojen eteen. Suurimman osan ajasta pystymme lapioimaan hiekan tieltä, jolloin saamme talosta täydellisen näkymän merelle. Mutta toisinaan meillä on myrskyjä, jotka liikkuvat sisään ja ulos - etenkin talvikuukausina - työntäen hiekkaa, estäen näkymän. Tämä voi tapahtua yön yli, joten on vaikea pitää se selkeänä 100% ajasta.

Perfect stay in Pacific City

Had the best time at this property. The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had and quick to reply. The home was clean and cozy. Well stocked kitchen and bedding. We were able to see whales from inside the house and played on the beach all day. Can’t wait to come back next year and stay again!!!

Family at the Beach

Incredibly windy 3 days. The view from this property was the saving grace. We could not sit outside but we were able to watch the entire coast anyway. The westward facing windows are great. The property is well maintained and equipped; I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect spacious front rooms for group get-togethers.

We have an extended family reunion every year. Other families stay in near by houses. Our house has living space for both adults and children. In addition it has large kitchen and living room plus surrounding deck for visitors to come by and be close to the ocean without being crowded. The owners are very accomadating to save the date. We were pleased to see the the new remodel job.

Perfect spot on the beach

Can’t get much closer to the sand and sea than this. House was perfect for 2 families with kids. Just enough space if you needed separate times, but close enough for all to hang out together. House had all the basics, even a sand toy box with balls, buckets, and shovels, Adirondack chairs on the patio to enjoy the sunsets, and cozy blankets to help with the evening chills. Definitely enjoyed ourselves and great family memories were made.

Didn't Want to Leave!

This was our 2nd stay at the Ocean Front House. Last year we loved it so much, we re-booked for this year before we even checked out. Amazing Views

This is our third time renting this home for our annual end of summer beach trip! We love this house and the fantastic views and access to the water. We have already booked our stay for next year! Sweet family memories

We have stayed at this beach house three years in a row...it's been well enjoyed by our small but multi-generational family. The location cannot be beat. It comes with all the amenities as listed and the home is just so pleasing to the eye - especially looking through all those clean windows - to that "ahhh" view. Love it. Lovely hosts too.

Yearly highlight

This is our 6th year at this property. We look forward to coming every year. We are booked for 2024. The location is perfect. Our grandkids can play in the sand and we can see them for inside. Of course, we are also out with them. The owners have made many improvements.over the years.

Pre-Christmas Get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful, wonderfully stocked rental home with one of the most incredible views! Everything about our stay was perfect. The owners were incredibly understanding and helpful when we got a bit stranded due to paralyzing icy weather on the coast. We greatly appreciate all they did to help us get back to Portland. We highly recommend this property and will definitely make plans to return to one of our favorite spots!

Amazing view!!

Probably the best beach house I’ve ever stayed at the view is amazing and it’s awesome to have the kids be able to play in the sand literally right off the deck…. I’ll also add there’s some nice cookware in this house which was a huge bonus for me cause I do a lot of home cooking!
