Kutsuva eturivin rantatalo tarjoaa tervetuloa perheen tai ystävien nauttimaan rauhallisesta, kauniista rantakodista, jossa ei ole muuta kuin hiekkaa sinun ja valtameren välillä. Tämä 3-makuuhuoneen / 3-kylpy jaetun tason merenrantapaikka tarjoaa viehättävät, hiljattain kunnostetut makuuhuoneet ja kylpyhuoneet ja keittiön.

Tämä on oikea tila virkistävälle rannalle lomalle, jota ympäröivät modernit mukavuudet, kuten ilmainen WiFi, ulkogrilli, taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Makuuhuoneessa tuntuu tähtivalaistu pakopaikka, joka tarjoaa queen-vuoteen tuoreilla valkoisilla vuoteilla ja kauniiden näkymien. Master-kylpyhuoneessa on tyylikkäästi kaakeloitu suihku, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut korostukset.

PYSÄKÖINTI: Alueen yleistä katupysäköintiä voi käyttää ilmaiseksi. Rantatalo on porteilla (mikä mahdollistaa suuren määrän tilaa pysäköintiin talon ulkopuolella).

Surffauksesta ja hiekasta löytyy paljon hauskaa (surffaus, Dory-venekalastus, ripustusluistelu, ratsastus, vaellus, melonta, uinti, valaiden katselu, golf ja monet muut perheystävälliset aktiviteetit ovat lähellä). Olemme vain 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Pelican Brew-pubista, monista läheisistä ravintoloista ja paikallisesta ruokakaupasta. Olemme myös vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Sand Lakesta. Tuo ATV ulos ja vietä päivä ratsastamalla ympäri meren rantaa!

Kaupunginosa: Kiwanda Shores on aidatulla alueella, joka tarjoaa yksityisyyttä ja helpon pääsyn rannalle vieraille. Autoja ei sallita rannalla yhteisön edessä - kiva plus!

Haluaisin päivittää ketään, joka lukee tätä kiinteistökuvausta ja lukee myös arvosteluitamme. Muutama ihminen on kommentoinut näkymää ja että hiekkadyyni tukkii sen. Tämä oli totta tähän kuukauteen saakka. Rantahotellin asunnonomistajat taistelivat pitkään ja kovasti eri valtion virastojen kanssa työskennelläkseen antaaksemme meille poistaa hiekan ja työntää sen aina valtamereen. Siitä sovittiin lopulta ja saimme sen vihdoin aikaan. Joten sen kanssa haluaisin myös todeta, että kyse on äiti-luonteesta, josta puhumme, enkä voi taata, mitä hän aikoo tehdä. Mutta voin sanoa, että olen varma, että meillä on paras näkymä merelle kuin meillä on koskaan ollut. Toivottavasti nautit kaikista kotona vierailustasi!


Lomakoti on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Pacific City Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Everything was as advertised. When we called the owner while at the property to ask a question about the dishwasher, we never received a response though. We enjoyed our stay very much. The dune almost reaches the living room. For those not physically fit to climb up a very steep dune, access to and from the beach could be a problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and having bathroom with each bedroom was a real plus. The location is quiet and beautiful. The steps inside the home are minimal but there are steps down into the property so just be aware if you have heavy luggage or knee issues, there are steps involved. You can see and hear the ocean from the open great room and the master bedroom. Once outside the back patio, there's a dune you must climb in order to view the ocean and then a steep climb down a dune to get to the ocean and coming back up it is a steep climb. The beach is sandy and great for walking, with spectacular views. You can walk down the beach to the Pelican restaurant and pub. The house is comfortable for gathering and well supplied with shampoo, soap, towels, salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, etc. which was nice. The property shows some wear or could use a deep clean but very functional and relaxing. The town is small and immersive and it's easy to travel up or down the coast to more touristy (and more crowded) areas.The hosts are very thorough in communicating, providing clear directions, and helpful information in the home about restaurants nearby, etc.Sunsets at the property are spectacular and we were fortunate to see sea lions, pelicans, and other wildlife while sitting on the dune. We would certainly be happy to stay here again and appreciate the owners sharing this lovely getaway.

This property does not live up to the presentation. The second and third bedroom are very small and difficult to move around. The ocean view from the living room and kitchen is blocked by a 7 foot sand dune along the entire beach. If you move the plastic chairs to the top of the sand dune the view is spectacular. We were fortunate with great weather to accomplish this.

This beach house was beautiful. We loved staying at this house. It's great to have such a beautiful beach view and sand right outside your windows. We enjoyed the downtown Pacific City restaurants. I was able to have a weeks worth of groceries delivered on Instacart from the Safeway in Lincoln City. I have a very restrictive diet for my health and a picky toddler so we needed more food options. The only negative was the extra bedroom beds were extremely hard, very squeeky and had a huge dip. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall we loved our location and had a great time makings wonderful memories.

Summer get away

Location, location, location! Wonderful staying so close to the beach ... to just be able to head over the sand berm to get down to the beach. We loved walking on the beach; 15 minutes to Cape Kiwanda and more than an hour South to get away from the crowds. Or we opened the windows or sliding door and watched and listened to the ocean from the comfort of the living room or main bedroom. Nicely remodeled inside with all the main kitchen utensils provided.

The house was too expensive for what you get. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable, kitchen stocked with dated and sometimes dirty stuff, appliances don't work properly, shower leaked all over floor...etc... The view and locations were outstanding, though.

Great location and view

The views from this home are outstanding. It is an easy walk to town on the beach or on the road. The owner was very responsive. I had a couple of questions when I got to the house and she got back to me right away. It was nice to have a bathroom for each of the bedrooms. The few things that could be improved are a good cleaning in the kitchen. Cooking utensils and pans were put away that had not been cleaned and new pillows would be nice. The bed on the left upstairs has a pretty big sink hole in it and it is very squeaky. Based on the responsiveness of the owner, I do believe pride is taken in the home and again the views can’t be beat
