Beautiful house with pool and garden in very quiet area with a large plot.

Located in a well connected area, with all services within reach, very close to the bus stop. At 30 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from Sierra Nevada, and 10 minutes from the town center walking. With direct access to the E-902, and 30 minutes from Granada. Two minutes from the route of the Mammoth and the lagoon.



Fully equipped kitchen, with electric grill and direct exit to the outside, living room with fireplace (we supply bioethanol; not included in the rent), double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.

2 double bedrooms with double bed and 1 triple bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single), a study with sofa bed, library and two full bathrooms on the second floor.



It has a large garden and porch areas where you can relax in the garden, barbecue area and outdoor stone oven (firewood not included in the rent) in the garden, as well as a swimming pool of 8x5 square meters, sun loungers, own toilet, and external shower at the foot of the pool with hot water.



The house has free wifi. Ideal for families and groups of up to 9 people.

Due to its passive construction it does not let the cold pass through in winter and is protected from radiation and heat in summer. Its environment makes it a perfect house to disconnect and enjoy the nature, gastronomy and customs of the villages of the Lecrin Valley.





The pool will be available from May to October (included), it can be heated up to 27ºC with prior notice of 2 days and under a supplement of €20 the first day and €10 extra for each day of use. Pool availability dates may vary depending on the weather in each season, ask opening and closing dates before confirming.
