No front staff checking in just a kiosk. The pictures do no justice it’s just a mediocre room older style. The pool was nice but nothing like what the pictures look like it’s hard to get into the pool, you have to hold down the handle and pull up so if you only pulled down on the handle you couldn’t get into the pool area. The tree next to the pool had lots of cool birds and sounds. The best part was it’s so convenient walkable distance to restaurants and shopping.

There was a dead bug/beetle in the restroom. A white towel on the top of the shower rack had either a large booger or jell like substance. The shower drain was extremely slow and I was left standing in a pool of my own dirty bath water. The blow dryer did not work and we tried everything, resetting the outlet and even the dryer itself. The curtains would get blown open by the ac system right underneath. I had to use a hair clip to keep them closed. The toilet seat was larger than the bowl. No trash bin in the restroom.

Roadway is an older motel not in great condition but the room was clean and the breakfast was good considering the price. The Mongolian Grill attached to the hotel was delicious! The restaurant makes the stay!

The room itself was pretty disgusting. We typically stay at 2 star and 3 star hotels. This was the worst. There was mold growing behind the toilet in a scale that was large enough for us to smell. The bathtub was rusted and had mold growing in it. The door was breaking apart and the carpet was gross. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. On top of everything, we book the room for two nights and housekeeping knocked on our door super early the first night and asked why we hadn’t gotten ready to check out. Worst stay

Understanding

We were wanting to see the Grand Canyon and unknowingly booked a room. When we arrived and unpacked we found out that the North Canyon was closed. The people at the hotel were gracious enough to understand the situation and not charge us. They were friendly and the room was clean.

The first room we got into, which was room 115, the carpet was absolutely filthy, the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Change rooms second room was decent to mediocre. After 7 o’clock they have no one at the front desk you have to do a video chat. Had an extremely difficult time with my reservation, trying to keep the same room for the second night if I could cancel, I would but since I booked through you guys, I can’t. Would never stay here again.
