The bathtub was unable to use because it had no stopper and the faucet was unabel to chamhe to tub mode to fill. The water was either hot or cold no in-between in the shower. Shower pressure was okay not the best. The pool was dirty but it just did re open in April

I don’t recommend this to anyone. CheckIn kiosk was not good. The room was not maintained well. The bed is too old and the bathroom is also very old. There is not any body wash as well

The price was what got us there. Let’s start with the positives: The bed was comfortable enough and the sheets were clean and quality was good. The shower head was great. Breakfast was fine. Now, why I will not stay there again. Check-in was by a machine with a screen with a hard to understand man working remotely from who knows where. The carpet and chair were filthy. The bathroom was rather disgusting. I've decided to cut cost they ignored corners. The corners of the tub had somebody else's hair, the corners of the room looked like they never get cleaned. It won't let .e add a photo, or I would show you.

It was a nice property and the room was very spacious. The only thing to note is that the TV options are limited; no online streaming available: Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. Only commercial TV available.

Video check-in sucks!

Even though the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet I will not stay here again or at any Rodeway Inn because check-in was maddening. We arrived tired and ready to rest at 9:30 pm but weren’t checked in for 30 minutes because there were several people ahead of us - and all of us dealing with a remote person on a video screen. That’s right - no human desk clerk, just a video screen. Thirty minutes in line is enough to make sure I never use Rodeway Inn again. By the way, this is only the third time I’ve written a review for anything and the only negative review I’ve written.

Front desk employees were curt. Check-in and check-out were fast though. Room was smelly, old, and not clean. The bathroom was stained and dirty. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Moldy smell; A/C was very noisy and didn't work properly; the room was humid.

Price was good. Bed and linens seemed clean but floor had not been vacuumed in edges. Tub faucet leaked and toilet lid did not match bowl. Entrance light did not work but when bulb was turned it worked. Parking was a bit inconvenient, spaces available were not close to room. Breakfast was limited on available options and was later than we would have liked. Room was what was expected for the price.

This place was so bad i could not stay there, it had yellow danger tape around the front of the rooms the door would not close properly and the door safty lock had been kicked in and half of it was missing, radiator was smashed and the furnishings were dirty and felt damp. There is no one to complain too as it is a automated tv screen that you try to speak to. I told the tv i can not stay and was told ok don't you booked through Expedia speak to them. Please don't book this place.

You get what you pay for, kind of.

To be fair, the cost was really low so if you just want a bed for a cheap price, then this is your place. The room was worth the cost. But, don't expect service, cleanliness, or comfort. The room was clean, but the pillow covers and sheets were stained, the towels are more like scratchy rags and lightbulbs in the rooms are burned out. Outside is run down and there is garbage everywhere. There "hot" water was only warm, definitely not hot. Light No one will ever answer the phone listed to call. The information states if you are arriving after 10:00? that you need to call and make arrangements. I called over 30 times over multiple times and no one ever answered. They do not have people on site, but a machine where you see and talk to someone else at another location. If you show up and the doors are locked, ring the bell and they will remotely unlock the door, but there is no bell or noise. Then, go in and talk to the machine. Again, if you want a room to sleep in for a low cost, this may be the place for you.
