Exactly what we needed

All about location. A 30 second walk and you're on the beach. The apartment is adequate enough, nice sized bedroom, good bathroom and a nice little balcony to dry wetgear and for a cold beer and a few games of cards. The pool was fine for the kids to have a dip in after they had become tired with the sea or if the sea was to dangerous to swim, not somewhere you'll be doing your olympic training in though. All in all a great stay. Near to the beach and some lovely restaurants all within walking distance.

Tolle Wohnung, toller Urlaub

In dieser Wohnung hat uns nix gefehlt. Das Bett und die Matratze war in Ordnung, das Sofa war klein aber gemütlich. Im Bad konnten wir alles abstellen. Auch in der Küche har nix gefehlt. Auch die Außenanlage mit Pool war immer gepfegt. Der Strand ist nur wenige meter entfernt und ist auch wirklich ein sehr schöner Strand! Auch im Vergleich mit drei anderen Stränden hat uns dieser am besten gefallen. Einkaufs Möglichkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur leider hat uns die Insel selbst nicht überzeugt, sonst würden mit sicherheit hier wieder her kommen.

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung liegt in der Ecke eines großen Gebäudekomplexes. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, aber schon etwas abgewohnt. In der Küche sind alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden, leider gibt es keinen Abtropfbereich für gespültes Geschirr, so ist der Belag neben dem Spülbecken stark abgewetzt. Das Wohnzimmer ist ansprechend eingerichtet, allerdings nagt auch hier schon der Zahn der Zeit, so ist z.B. die Couch beschädigt. Der Satempfänger macht häufig was er will, stellt auf andere Satelliten um oder die Lautstärke lässt sich nicht mehr regeln. In den Schlafzimmern stehen gute und bequeme Betten, die Plastikplane unter den Laken sollte man aber sofort entfernen, da man in der Nacht sonst stark schwitzt. Befremdlich fanden wir, dass bei 3 Wochen Aufenthalt nicht einmal die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde oder das Appartement gereinigt wurde. Bei 3x je eine Woche Belegung wird doch auch 3x Wäsche gewechselt bzw. geputzt! Der Poolbereich war sehr gepflegt und wurde täglich gereinigt, sehr gut! Zum Meer sind es etwa 200m, der Strand ist sauber und sehr lang, ins Wasser geht es sehr seicht, also für Kinder bestens geeignet. In etwa 300m Entfernung findet man einen Spar-Laden, in dem man die wichtigsten Dinge für das tägliche Leben findet.

unübertreffbare Lage - gepflegte Anlage

Vom Einchecken bis Auschecken keine Probleme, um die alltäglichen Kleinigkeiten kümmert sich Isabel (Kontakt über Whattsapp o.ä.) in minutenschnelle. Apt. sauber, für 2 Erw. u. max. 2 Kinder ausreichend, Küche voll eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist in gutem, nutzbaren Zustand, Bad klein, aber sauber! In ruhiger Seitenstrasse, Anlage geplegt, Pool nicht üppig aber für die abendliche Abkühlung nach einem Strandtag allemal ausreichend, Anzahl der Liegen am Pool manchmal knapp. Kleiner Sparmarkt um die Ecke (Mo.-Sa.), großer Sparmarkt (Mo.-So.) sowie mehrere Restaurants etc. knappe 10 min zu Fuß, falls es nochmal "Fuerte" wird, werden wir uns sicher an diesen Aufenthalt zurückerinnern und gern wiederkommen!

Gepflegte Anlage, saubere Wohnung, super Lage

Unsere Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch von der Größe ausreichend. Für unser Empfinden war nur die Terasse zu klein für 4 Personen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt uns gefiel auch der Poolbereich. Der nur sehr kurzen Weg zum Strand (50 m) war für uns perfekt. Alles in allem sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

Moderne, saubere Wohnung

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung in sauberer Anlage nur 2 Minuten vom schönen Strand entfernt! Das war für uns nicht das letzte Mal!
