Holiday Cottage Simbad:
The house is located in an estate of 3000m2 with extensive gardens of cactus, palm trees and aloe vera plants. Casa Simba is located inside the estate but has been kept private with fences all around. It also has private car access.



Casa Simbad is located on the south west coast of Fuerteventura in the small village of Playa Ugan-Pajara. Just 3km from the house you will find the small area of La Pared and the closest touristic resort is Costa Calma (10km). Costa Calma is a nice resort where you will find shops, restaurants and where all the white sandy beaches from Fuerteventura begin.



The decoration and arquitecture is a nice mix of modern and rural style. This is an ideal place to enjoy a very relaxing holiday close to the amazing white sandy beaches of Fuerteventura.



At just 600m there is also a Surf School, and a horse riding center. At 3 kms you will find a golf course.



The house has approximately 100 m2 built and consists of:

Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa de desconexión total. La casa es espectacular, equipada con todo lo que puedes necesitar. Decorada con mucho gusto, confortable... para repetir.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wer wirkliche Ruhe und super Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt am Meer, zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto 5 Minuten, man kann natürlich die Strecke laufen. Der Strand ist eine Kombination aus Steinen und schwarzem Sand, einfach toll und man ist fast immer alleine, die Wellen sind allerdings gewaltig - Natur pur. Auf dem Grundstück kann man sich wirklich erholen. Es ist sehr gepflegt, das Haus absolut sauber und einfach in einer absolut ruhigen Lage. Keine Blicke, keine Stimmen, nichts. Einfach nur super schöne Natur, herrliche Ausblicke über den Zaun in Richtung Meer und in die Berge. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung, in der Küche fehlt nicht wirklich etwas, außer vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine. Mokkamaschine ist vorhanden. Das Bad ist praktisch, schön eingerichtet und groß. Die Fenster sind in den Schlafzimmern mit Fliegenfenstern ausgestattet, wobei es nicht wirklich Mücken gab. Im Haus ist es angenehm kühl. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir nicht vermisst. Die Urlaubswäsche kann man gleich vor Ort erledigen, Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Im Haus gibt es WLAN, sehr starkes Signal, ohne Ausfälle. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, reicht gut zum Abkühlen und riecht überhaupt nicht nach Chlor. Wir haben in 14 Tagen, vom Haus aus, alle Punkte der Insel gut erreicht (auch die Nordspitze ist kein Problem, schafft man locker an einem Tag) und aufgrund der Lage kann man sich zwischen weißen Stränden (z.B. Jandia) oder den schwarzen entscheiden. Lebensmittel kann man sich in Costa Calma besorgen, auch am Sonntag ist das kein Problem. Hier gibt es auch andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in großer Auswahl. Zusammengefasst - absolut empfehlenswert.
