Hanging onto its Glory Days

Greeting at reception was less than engaged and welcoming. The bathroom in the room had very weak water pressure. The Honeybelle restaurant was terribly mediocre for the resort and quality dining in general. I had to send my scallops back - they were rubbery and brown. Overall, the hotel feels dated and could use a refresh already (I know they just had a significant renovation).

We had an incredible experience at the PGA hotel. The atmosphere was stunning, and our room was beautiful and spotless. It was a pleasure to stay here. I especially want to highlight the excellent attitude of the hotel reception staff – they were always happy to help, provide guidance, and accommodate our needs. The only issue we encountered was with the host at the Honeybelle restaurant. When we came for breakfast, his attitude towards us was not very welcoming.
