In the heart of Palma, the capital of the island, and just 1.3 km from the beach, this spectacular 5-storey house offers a second dream home to 4 guests.
We welcome you to this impressive five-storey classic building, delicately restored to the avant-garde with a majestic decoration. Its interiors, absolutely beautiful, offer an exquisite combination of special Mallorcan classic pieces with modern elements, warm and bright colors, and parquet floors, thus offering the perfect comfort and homey warmth ideal to enjoy a pleasant stay feeling at home.

The upper terrace is, undoubtedly, the perfect place to enjoy, early in the morning, with the best of coffees, a relaxing reading reclining on the two sun loungers, or even with a pleasant glass of wine while the soft breeze and the orange color of the sky at sunset.

The interior stays are distributed in three heights, that are comprised between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor, there is the living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa where to rest or watch TV or also a DVD film, that shares space with the dining room and a cheerful kitchen. This last is equipped with ceramic cooktop, oven and all the electrical appliances and necessary utensils to cook your best dishes. Regarding your rest, there are two dormitories with wardrobe. Located on the lower floor of the living room, one of them features two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom. The second bedroom is situated on the upper floor of the living area and it has a double bed and an en-suite hydromassage shower bathroom. All the stays are equipped with air conditioning. On the last floor, there is a terrace, a second and basic kitchen equipped only with a small fridge, sink, crockery and cutlery, and the laundry where the washing machine, iron and ironing board are.

The location is privileged since the house is located in the old town of Palma, thus its beauty is unmatched and any service is accessible on foot. When first coming to the streets, you have all kinds of bars, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, shops, bus stops, and much more. You can even reach the beach with a pleasant walk, due to the fact that the Paseo Marítimo de Palma beach is only 1.3 km away. There are 6 km to the port, 8.7 km to the airport and 7.5 km to the Son Muntaner golf course. In short, you can not miss a vacation in this home!

Wonderful stay

Very clean, beautiful property. Vibrant neighborhood. Friendly owner met us at check in. Garage is definitely a plus, but recommend a very compact car.

Great spot.

Great spot. House had everything you could need! I would bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper at night because of noise in the street but the location is great if you are on foot exploring and has a garage if you get a rental car!

Great house in the heart of Palma

Great location. Having a garage was great, even though it was a tight fit entering. The rooftop terrace was also very nice. There was an issue with the umbrella on the terrace, and the owner replaced it immediately. Beautiful house! Be aware there are three flights of stairs to the master bedroom, and another flight of stairs to the rooftop terrace. They were no problem for us, as we enjoyed all the facilities.

We were two couples and stayed almost 2 weeks. The layout of the apartment was perfect as there were 2 large bedrooms with ensuites with the kitchen level in between . All levels had gorgeous terraces to enjoy with the windows open. So enough space for everyone to have their own time . The apartment is on a corner so great for people watching and also means the apartment is very light and sunny. Also enjoyed the roof top in the evenings when it cooled down. It was very clean and had everything one needed. We enjoyed meeting the owner, and enjoyed all his art and lovely furniture. The location is fabulous. Spill out the door and there is no end of bars , restaurants and shopping within a stones throw. The stairs up and down could be a challenge for some. We highly recommend the apartment to stay.

Fantastisch huis op zeer centrale locatie in de stad. Restaurants, kathedraal, strand op loopafstand. Aankomst goed geregeld met duidelijke instructies en goede tips van de eigenaar. Perfect schoon en alles aanwezig. Omgeven door leuke restaurants en bars. Erg gezellig maar ‘s nachts wel gehorig. Met oordopjes prima geslapen. Zeker aan te raden!

Tolles Stadhaus

Tolles Stadthaus mitten im Herzen von Palma, mit toller Dachterasse und zwei Schlafzimmern. Das Besondere ist aber, dass man seinen PKW in das Haus hereinfahren kann, und direkt privat zu Hause ist. Zum Ausgehen einfach durch die Tür, und mitten drin! Einfach toll.

Beautifully appointed, Miraclet,

the 5-story house in Palma that we had the good fortune to rent, was splendid, with exquisite décor, comfortable beds & sitting area, well-furnished kitchen, and a beautiful rooftop area for taking in the city. Our experience was superb from beginning to end. With two full bedrooms and bathes, there was plenty of space for 4. The friendly, gracious owner Jaume met us upon our arrival, drew a map so we could easily find a nearby small grocery, the much larger Mercat de l'Olivar, the cathedral, the waterfront, wonderful little restaurants nearby. Well situated in the a convenient location , Miraclet was a welcome home to return to after our days of exploring the city. We could easily walk to the fabulous sights of Palma. The only caveat is that anyone with serious mobility issues might find the 4 stories challenging. a bar downstairs nearby make for esp. bustling weekend nights. Would we rent Miraclet again? ABSOLUTELY! It’s nigh unto DIVINE.

+ The location was fabulous in old town close to the main square. The apartment had two bedrooms and bathrooms and was great for my friend and I. Great view from the rooftop terrace. Check in was easy and the host very helpful and personable. - Sometimes noisy at night. My friend found the stairs a bit steep at times.

Great location, beautiful house tastefully furnished, great host, just remember your in an old city Location was excellent, right in the centre of the historic town, own garage parking for a medium size car, the owner meets you and explains where everything is in the property and surrounding areas, rooms have good aircon units, good showers, comfortable lounge / dining area which takes whole of one floor with a quirky kitchen but very serviceable. This is a very Spanish home but on 4 floors including the roof terrace which is a great open air space. Can be noisy late at night with some local bars open until 2-3am and then garbage men about 4am, you need earplugs but you do get used to it. Staircase is very steep (45degrees) and could benefit from some protection as there is only a metal handrail and no ballustrading. Top steps onto roof require great care when coming down , best to exit and enter from the brown side door as the steps from the main door are kites and are easy to miss. You have to pay a 500Euro deposit ( refundable) but you lose out due to the exchange rate when it is returned, would be fairer if a credit card number holding was taken instead.
