Large Villa by the Sea with Private Saltwater Pool
One of the few vacation villas in Palma, Villa Mercedes is surrounded by a large garden shaded by pine trees, just steps from the sea. Located in the residential neighborhood of Cala Estancia, it offers a private saltwater pool at the seaside—something unique in Mallorca’s capital. The area is renowned for its mild climate and exceptional sunshine, making it a destination for all seasons.
The nearby beaches cater to all tastes: Caló de Son Fuster, a small rocky cove with crystal-clear water, is just a few steps away. The seaside promenade connects directly to the coves of Es Carnatge (250 m), the sheltered bay of Cala Estància (350 m), and the long Playa de Palma (800 m).
