One of a kind, unique retreat to feel closer to the divine, whatever your beliefs. A journey through history, a lesson of the inevitable encounter of the Old and the New Worlds. Exquisite attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. Attentive, discreet, efficient, their staff is superb. And how not not mention their swimming pool, a little piece or paradise in that monastical retreat. Rafael's lessons in history, Azahara's lessons in outstanding service, I only wish I could remrmber the names of each and everyone of those who went well beyond their call of duty to make and unforgettable experience during our stay. My second time to Palma Del Rio and I stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip to the area. The note itself is beautiful, set in an old monastery and the grounds are great with a pool and garden. It’s set pretty much on the centre of town with an easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel doesn’t open their bar or restaurant (which includes breakfast, I don’t think they state this in their description but they should) until weekends but there was a fridge in my room so I could buy food from the local supermarket nearby or you can go to the little cafes/restaurants nearby. The parking is on the street outside. Staff were friendly.

Ha sido un fin de semana de descompresión después de una estancia en la playa... Pero el pueblo, los alrededores y el hotel merecen de por sí una escapada, que sosiego, que bien se duerme y que familiar resulta todo..
