Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja yksityinen pääsy master-kylpyammeelle sekä taulu-tv. Siinä on myös parvekeovi, josta pääsee parvekkeelle. Master-sviitistä on upea näköala Meksikonlahdelle.

Toinen makuuhuone sopii lapsille tai koko perheelle, jossa on 2 queen-size-vuodetta (suuri huone!) että mukavasti nukkua 4. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on myös oma kylpyhuone ja tv.

Tervetuloa Watercrestin lahden edessä Condominiumiin Panama City Beachissä Floridassa. Ylellisissä pohjaratkaisuissa on tyylikäs 18-kerroksinen kerrostalo, joista jokaisella on oma parveke, josta on näkymät Meksikonlahdelle. Niin tyylikäs ja kaunis kuin maailman kauneimmat rannat. Lomakeskuksen kohokohtia ovat suuri, kausiluonteisesti lämmitetty uima-allas, jossa on laaja aurinkoterassi, klubitalo, valaistu tenniskenttä, kuntosali, racquetball-kenttä ja paljon muuta. Huoneesi sisäpuolella voit nauttia trooppisista kalusteista, täysin varustetuista keittiöistä, pesukoneista ja kuivausrumpuista. Lähellä on St. Andrewsin osavaltion puisto, kuunari ja kapteeni Anderson.

Makuuhuoneessa, vierashuoneessa ja olohuoneessa on kaikki televisiot, joista nautit.

When we first arrived, the stay was good until Monday. The construction workers started working at 8 AM jackhammering drilling banging, grinding all day 8 to 5 we have a three year-old and a six-year-old who needed naps through the day we could not use the balcony because of the dust and the noise. We messaged the management company and they were going to get back with us to see if we could move to another place they never responded back. They said they would see how they could compensate us. The whole house was dusty from the construction.then so loud my three year old granddaughter holding her ears at times and screaming because it was so loud. The workers were wearing respirators as they worked in the dust however it was covering our balcony and inside mostly living room. The house was clean overall, the kitchen was not stocked with decent pot pans kitchen utensils. We are still waiting to see how the management company plans on compensating us for our visit. The place would be decent if the construction was not going on they should also give renters warning when renting the property when major construction is going on like that. The picture posting does not do it justice, I will be posting more pictures. The picture posted is the dust on the balcony.

The only issue we had were with the TV's. the master bedroom TV did not work at all and there were only 4 batteries total so even if it did work, we didn't have enough batteries for all three televisions. but it worked out well and we had excellent family time instead of a TV being on. :) There was a plastic spoon in the dishwasher that appeared to have been melted, found the day we checked in. I took it out and placed it in a drawer and cleaned the dishwasher up from the plastic that was in there. overall, a really great stay for our vacation!!!

Absolutely horrible the place was disgusting. Mold in showers , bathrooms, kitchen. Broken shower in secondary bathroom that they never came and fixed. The screen doors on the patios were ripped. The patio furniture was rusted and broken. The sofas that are in picture are not what is in there . The electric sofa didnt work cord was cut. The fold out sofa was old and worn out. There is no lighting in the place other than 1 lamp per room. Thedresserwas broken and unaccessible. The management sent cleaners 1 day and they were there for 15 minutes and didnt do anything that should have been done. I requested a refund and was refused. I will never use this company or stay here again. I have more pictires upon request

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at Watercrest before but in different units and really enjoy this location. I would not stay in this particular unit again for multiple reasons. This particular unit is very large and roomy which was nice but it really needs some updating/cleaning. The beds were not comfortable. The drawers were falling out of the dressers when opened. We had to buy bowls to have cereal because there were only 2 very large bowls provided. The dishes and silverware were dirty when we took them out of the pantry/drawers so we had to hand wash what we used. The washing machine wouldn’t drain water so we had to call for maintenance, the people I spoke to were very nice but it took 2 days for it to be fixed. The floors were also very dirty so we had to wear our shoes the whole time. I would definitely recommend the Watercrest and book with Emerald Coast again as everyone I dealt with was very nice but would not recommend staying in this unit.

All electrical outlets in condo need to be replaced the are insecure on the outlet cover plugs for chargers lamps etc will not stay in.Beds very hard, and cheap bed frame. Lamp in bedroom short circuited had to calm the property manager.House keeping all dishes were dirty including cooking pans and utensils has to wash before using them, tape stuck on the windows and walls and on the kitchen island, cheap garbage bags one per trash can no refill that ripped easy. Coffee pot had something stuck to bottom kept leaving black ring marks on counterMicrowave very old takes forever to heat anything Only two half rolls of toliet paper for 5 days for 4 people not enoughBathroom faucet handle has mold in it. No lights on ceiling fans it was so dark in ever single room no lights in closetsBlinds there are no privacy blinds and the curtain rods look like they are about to pull out from wall I have stayed on other condos in the building and they are much nicer and up to code as far as safety We stayed so we didn’t ruin or lose our money but someone needs to do something about this condo it’s unsafe. Very outdated, the leg on the table looked like someone replied it to the glass table. Would not go back.

Nice place but dirty

Great location, beach, pool, people, etc. Our unit was in rough shape though. Toe nail clippings and hair on the floor. A half-smoked joint on the balcony table (we had a 3 and 9 yr old there, so this was pretty alarming). Rusty fish hook on balcony floor. Mold coming out of refrigerator water dispenser.

Spacious

Condo was beautifully decorated…Loved the large Barn Christmas Decoration on wall in living room. Both bedrooms were large with plenty of room to walk around beds. The second bedroom had 2 queen beds and still had so much living space. Master bed was king size and very comfortable. The view from the spacious balcony was the highlight. The sliding doors can both be pushed opened to create a large opening to listen to the Gulf and have a nice breeze. There were screen doors to use to keep bugs out but weather was cooler and didn’t see any bugs. The kitchen had a good supply of cookware. The kitchen cabinets and appliances are outdated but everything worked well. Stacked washer and dryer were large capacity and worked well. This is first time staying at Watercrest and condo has a better setup then the many other condo’s we’ve rented. So far it’s been our favorite stay. Pool and hot tub were nice. Pool could have been heated a bit more for February but hot tub was nice and warm…perfect for the cooler weather. The only con we experienced was the hot water runs out fast when showering and no other appliances were running. Maybe 10 minutes if that and water turned ice cold. Management may want to check if water heaters are working correctly. 2 or more people showering back to back would be a problem. Parking lot was spacious and elevators were quick. We will definitely book this condo again.

Summer Vacation

This unit needs a major upgrade before it should be rented again. All the furniture was unsteady, all the dresser drawers did not close, broken cabinet facing in kitchen. It had a projection tv in the extra bedroom that didnt even work. Mismatched couches. Cloth one had a bad odor and food on the pull out matress. Leather one was an electric recliner that did not work. Appeared pretty clean when we walked in but not under furniture and beds. It had a great location with great views, but so most if the other units.

Here’s the good stuff: Great and ample cookware and dishes (except not enough cups); firm beds; great view of the west end of the beach; plenty of towels; lots of closet and drawer space; great tv; nice sized balcony; great air conditioning; Less than satisfactory stuff: dirty balcony; rusty balcony furniture; barely functioning dishwasher; hole in bathroom door and screen on balcony; we had a two year old, and the rails were far enough apart that it was scary when she was out there, so some of that netting would have been helpful; broken kitchen drawer; wires hanging and visible from tv; my overall impression was that the condo wasn’t loved or well taken care of, but it did provide the basic needs. I would probably choose a different condo next time.

Spring Break 2023

Great location and views. We waited to contact them until our second to last day but they were quick to respond to some of our concerns. Only 1 couch in living room for a party if 8 to sit at (fits 3 people). Only 4 seats at dining room table as shown in pics but also only 3 bar stools so one person either has to stand or eat on balcony or living room. Small things were missing but they were quick to replace when notified. Overall great location close to beach and friendly people. Condo could use some additional upkeep but it is a rental.

Very unsatisfied

I am not one to complain, but this was just a horrible experience from the beginning. When we walked in the condo it was dirty. I understand we're at the beach and sand gets in but this is more than sand it was built up dust random Glamis of God knows what else left on the floor, Leftover snacks underneath the couch, and overall just poor condition of the condo. The walls were literally ripped in areas and the flooring was unfinished in the kitchen. The couch had a huge rip in it which was covered by a couch cover, there was a hole in the guest bathroom door where it looks like it got punched in, and the guest bedroom door knob was literally falling off. From the very beginning the master bedroom and bathroom lights did not work we called maintenance and their normal business hours left a message and didn't hear back until we called back again Monday late afternoon it was fixed but just very inconvenient that we couldn't get in touch with anyone for three days of our vacation. The third day of our stay we noticed that right when you walk in the door you can smell where the washer and dryer smelt molded. We called maintenance about it and honestly we're not even sure if it got fixed because we could still smell it at the end of our stay. The guest bathroom didn't have a shower liner in it so water just sprayed everywhere when you would take a shower. We only take one vacation a year and we're really looking forward to it this year but unfortunately the condo made a huge damper on our week given that the weather was not great and we had to spend extra time in it. I have stayed in Panama City six times and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

The unit is a great size. The balcony view was wonderful. The unit could use some updating (counters and cabinets). It wouldn’t take much to spruce up the look. Needs new couches ASAP. The pictures are much nicer than the unit in person.

July Vacation

We had a nice stay and the room was perfect for our needs. The room did need some maintenance to fix cabinet doors that were falling off and the dryer took a long time to dry a load a laundry.

Terrible!

The condo was dirty- other people's hair hanging from lights in the bathroom, floors were nasty, crumbs in the top of all of the kitchen drawers, black stuff (probably mold) in the a/c vent in the kitchen, something disgusting under the loveseat cushions, hole punched in the bathroom door, closet door broken. Mattresses were trash, should've just slept on the floor Towels so small they wouldn't even wrap around my kids Refrigerator drawers were broken, couldn't pull them out to put food in them No sheets for the pull out sofa Furniture was disgusting- cushions turned over because they were ripped Kitchen chairs were all torn up and the seat cushions were loose from the frame. Patio furniture legs were so rusted they were crumbling and probably not safe for adults Kitchen cabinets and drawers were broken Dresser drawers had old toothpicks, gum wrappers, and wads of hair in them. We stayed at Watercrest a few years ago in another condo and it was perfect! This year, I paid twice as much money and this condo was disgusting!
