Lovely location in Punta Paitilla. Bay view rooms are magnificent. All the property is a bit old but the staff friendliness and quality of service make up for this. It’s not the most glamorous or glitzy but it is a lovely, welcoming and safe place with brilliant access to all the Synagogues and shopping in the area.

I always enjoy the food here, not one complaint about the food or service in the bar/ restaurant. A complaint I had is that there was a staff member at the front desk was just rude and unhelpful and when we went back there was a lovely gentleman who helped us out. Otherwise the room was stunning, the view was even better! One thing that this hotel has that many lack is hot water! Will be back!

We paid a little extra to have a view of the Bay, and it was worth it! The view from our room on the 6th floor was beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that access to the breakfast buffet was included in the price of our room. The breakfast buffet went above and beyond in providing a large variety of food (standard North American and local Panamanian options) with different items on the menu each day. We also had the option of indoor or outdoor seating. Staff were courteous and helpful and the room and common areas were clean. No complaints here.
