for two nights and one day we had no hot water to shower and all they can say is I'm sorry you'll get 30% off that's not acceptable I work in a kitchen in the hospital 13 hours a day when I come home I smell like food and I'm tired and I couldn't shower I had to go out in this blizzard which is why I rented the room in the first placeroom in the first place
