Absolutely fantastic, a truly wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we left , Francesca and her team were absolutely outstanding, the day we arrived at The Castille was my birthday and they really made it extra special and very memorable . Their attention to detail is incredible. We would highly recommend Castille Paris and will definitely return again very soon .

We were extremely unsatisfied with our stay from the front desk staff who knew we were a party of three adults and put us in a room with one king bed which was only resolved hours later, to the restaurant experience for NYE where they didn't have a table for us. It was frustrating and unsettling how we were treated. Given the cost of the stay we would have expected far better service and accommodation. The restaurant experience for NYE was the worst even given we had a reservation, the food came cold, slowly, and we waited over 20 minutes just to get a drink order and water. The negligence felt intentional. The female manager was rude and could care less giving preference to other reservations. They finally got us a table even after asking us to come 30 minutes early by pushing two smaller tables together in the furthest part of the restaurant. We remained forgotten in the back for most of the evening. It completely ruined the experience. Our family will never stay in this location again.
Room they provided for three adults with only a king bed and after several hours a rolling bed brought in.

Of the many stays that I have experienced in Paris, Castile Hotel is by far the best and my new favorite. The staff, the attention to detail, the atmosphere, and their overall attention to every aspect of the stay was beyond what anyone could expect in a five star hotel.

Castille is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. It is a small hotel with a 5 star service and vibe. Staff was incredible and service was awesome. Clean and beautiful. Thank you!

Shown to our room which should have had a king size bed, it had a small double AT BEST, we had to complain and were moved. The room is not 5 star, not a chance, the windows had no double glazing, the noise from outside was so clear and loud the windows might as well have been WIDE OPEN! Complained but nothing done “staff will have a look at it” I am not a light sleepers at all either but even still we were awoken multiple times throughout the each of our 3 nights by police cars, bin collection Lorrie’s, taxis, groups of people talking/shouting etc we wanted a centre centre hotel so expected it to be busy outside but you EXPECT SOME SOUND PROOFING, this HOTEL HAS ZERO! Because of these poor windows the room was CONSTANTLY COLD regardless of how you set the AC. TV didn’t work for the duration of our holiday either, told the hotel had ‘WiFi issues’…..for 3 days?!?! Location was perfect, breakfast was good, and that’s the only reason it isn’t 1 STAR rating, very very disappointed

Our stay was perfect in every way. Jade and Aaron were simply the best, in fact, the entire staff were wonderful and so accomodating. We loved the location, the room was well appointed and fully stocked with everythng a traveler woild need and it was very luxurious. i loved the amenities and plenty of water was always provided in the room. The bar area and reception were very nice areas to sit and relax. We will be coming back soon and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know who travels to France. Thank you!

Orbitz has failed miserably. I contacted them several weeks prior to my expected departure with a stay at Castille Paris to inform them my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and instead of going to Paris, would be spending that time in chemotherapy. Orbitz informed me to contact the hotel directly via email provided and that the hotel requested a doctors note in order to credit us for the trip. The note was sent within 24 hours to the hotel, however, Orbitz replied via email that the hotel would not honor the credit in spite of the cancer diagnosis. I called the hotel and they said they had no decision in the matter that Orbitz had to make the call. After further contacts with yet another representative at Orbitz, they continue to finger point the hotel. The time came and went. No credit. Still in cancer treatment. Shame on Orbitz!

Staff helpful - however I was obviously in a room allocated to someone else which was irritating as it occurred constantly when dealing with staff ie. Breakfast including being woken at 7.30am as Housekeeping believed room to be empty !. Good choice of items for Breakfast but found seating uncomfortable & not a relaxing space. Check out was easy but still waiting for an email copy of the Bill and refund that was due.
