We were a little disappointed to discover that the property didn’t have working air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was also bad. The property is excellent and easy walking distance to a subway line. Nice quiet neighborhood.

50/50 on staff, otherwise a great stay

Nice hotel with a mix of facilities in the room, for example nail file provided but no tea and coffee making facilities. This would be ok if they offered room service but this does not exist. 50% of staff are very good, excellent actually and 50% are useless!

Great stay at Mama Shelter Paris West. No issues whatsoever but I do wish there was a microwave in the room or somewhere to reheat any leftovers :) Would definitely stay again and recommend it!
