🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Mountain Time)
Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and approved in writing. Additional fees apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per hour.
👤 RESERVATION HOLDER
The primary guest must be 21 years or older, present during the stay, and accept responsibility for all guests and actions on the property. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at any time before or during the stay.
🔇 NOISE & OCCUPANCY
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Strictly Enforced) per Summit County law and local HOA rules. No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number listed in your reservation unless otherwise approved in writing, If the number of guests exceeds the reservation count without written approval, a fee of $85 per unauthorized guest per night may be charged to the primary reservation holder, and APRÈS may cancel your reservation with no qualifying refund.
🚭 SMOKING / VAPING
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside or on property grounds.
A minimum $500 fine applies for any odor, evidence, or damage caused by smoking.
🚫 PARKING & VEHICLES
Street parking is PROHIBITED, unless otherwise noted. All vehicles must be parked in the garage, driveway, or assigned spaces. Guests are responsible for any towing, HOA fines, or violations related to improper parking. Many neighborhoods are actively monitored by the HOA and private security.
