Couldn’t sleep at all due to neighbors pounding and yelling. Went to ask for help at 2:30am and the front desk did nothing to try make up for such an awful experience.

The room was clean and a great layout for a big group. Love the pool and game room for kids. However, I find it absolutely ridiculous that they don't include even a single parking pass with your room anymore - last year you got one on site and one off site overflow pass included with your room and now it's $25 for each pass. Pretty frustrating to get hit with a parking fee upon arrival, especially in off season.

No dining facilities at premise or nearby. Don’t get the Marriott vibe that one gets even at a low end Fairfield Inn 🙃 If you come after 10 at night chances are the parking lot will be full.

We love staying at Mountainside and have come up here for years. Parking one car has always been free. This year, they charged me to park 25.00 a night. I asked why and she said that it was beause I booked through Expedia so be aware that they'll ding you for parking. I had to pay 50.00! That's a lot on top of the room charge which isn't cheap. I've stayed at the Canyons before and it's super nice over there and the parking is free. I may not be back to Mountainside.

Great spot in Park City!

Fantastic location at the adventure park and ski lifts out the door. About a 10-15 walk into the main st. Room was big and comfortable. Cameron at the front desk was so nice and helpful!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming Lots of nice activities on the property excercises classes, movies, and apres ski stuff - we grilled brats over a fire on the patio. It would be nice if they had a breakfast onsite, but fortunately there are options nearby.
