Not a great experience

The floors were sticky. The breakfast was adequate, the butter packets were all open, there were poorly written rules about taking a plate upstairs. The parking garage leaked. The luggage carts were purportedly all in use, they were all in the garage and filthy. I got a text saying to reply if we needed anything, I asked for more towels, they never came.

We took ample photos of the landfill, litter, an entirely broken sink that fell off the cabinet with mold along the rim, the room was unclean and the manager hung up on us after our 4th phone call to them requesting one towel after already waiting 4 hours for an extra towel (we were two people checked into the hotel with only one bath and one hand towel in the room.) The manager told us his name is Shah and he apologized for the lack of customer service and rude tone. Told us to request a full refund from Expedia when Expedia called to verify he denied our claim. The Expedia rep called us back and said our photos were proof enough and that they would work with their legal team to obtain the refund. I have already initiated formal documentation to Wyndham corporate and will file a report with the BBB.
