The location is off in the cut so you have to really pay attention I checked in on Friday 8pm it wasn’t anyone at the front desk for about 5-10 minutes, once he arrived he immediately answered the phone that was ringing leaving me and my family just standing there waiting The hallways were very dirty, the room was very dirty .. A cracked bathtub ..when you shower more water gets on the floor then in the actual tub, We only received 2 towels 2 washcloths I requested more the next morning and was told they didn’t have any the lady at the front desk took my room number but still failed to provide additional towels, it wasn’t no phone in my room (in case of emergencies , service request from front desk) The breakfast was HORRIBLEEEE it wasn’t anyway at all I was going to eat those nasty looking sausages and the powered eggs that was was the only option 0 starts across the board

The place has potential. Unfortunately, whoever is overseeing the maintenance of the facility either does not care or is not qualified. The entrance from the indoor parking can deter customers from wanting to return. It seems super sketchy. A more welcoming ambiance would go a long way. The indoor parking itself was pretty off as well. It could use more lighting and a clean up. There also should not be what looks like a non-operational bulldozer. There is an odor in the hallways and rooms. I am not picky I just expect more if I’m spending $200 plus a night. I persoanally would not get another room here ever

Price was average for last minute overnight w/parking. Front desk friendly. Room somewhat clean but bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky. Could not even move without making loud noise. Traffic can be heard all night from room. Old building with some renovations.
