1. Location: it is located at the Patong residential area, just 1 kilometer walking to the beautiful beach area of Patong. Along 1 kilometer, there are Top Supermarket, 7-11, Restaurants, Street Foods, Fresh Market, Banks, Largest Fitness Center, Tour Counters, Massage shops, Motorbike rental shops, a lot of tuk tuk/taxi available and whatever you need for your stay, you can get everything you are looking for at this area.
2. A big 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (both shower rooms, no bath-tub). One big bathroom is in the Master bedroom and second big bathroom is in the second bedroom ensuite with an opened closet/wardrobes. The layout is suitable for couple, as it is an opened concept of bathroom within the bedroom with private main door of the bedroom and door between bedroom and bathroom. Please understand the layout before you book the apartment, you can look at photos throughly.
3. Private Fiber Optic WIFI is installed for private use, even the whole building has provided internet system but we do understand your need to work at home. Everyone has online business and works so there is no worry about strong WIFI (300/300 Gbps), strong enough to enjoy WIFI system by all member in the apartment.
4. 55 inches Smart TV with free Netflix/You tube to enjoy your stay.
5. Sofa bed of 5 ft is available in the living room for 5th/6th person, please put right number of guests to be stayed. All rooms have air cons, so there are 3 air cons in this apartment.

This apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. It features two large bedrooms both with king size beds and top of the line mattresses (you will love this mattress and want to sleep more, Host best selection). 2 bathrooms (both with large walk-in showers) plus full kitchen facility (the kitchen is equipped to meet all your needs (stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc.). and living room with fabric sofa bed (to be converted to Queen size bed with mattress on it) and dinning table.

Sleeping arrangement is made according to the number of guests booked. For booking up to 4 guests, 2 bedrooms are set up, each room with king size bed. Extra sofa bed arrangement is available on request to welcome comfortably 6 adult in total, with additional charges/fee. If you plan to have 4 people sleeping separately, please put 6 guests in your booking or contact the host for more explaination.

Patong is about a 45-minute taxi ride away from Phuket International Airport. There are a multitude of travel options including Airport/local buses, taxis or mini buses to transfer you from the airport. There are also plenty of international car hire firms operating at the airport.

You can get a taxi at the airport. The airport is approximately 45min drive from the property. You can contact Host to help, if you can not book taxi booking online.

Are rates per person or per room per night?
The price is per whole apartment per night. Prices are inclusive of electricity and water. We do not provide daily or weekly cleaning and change linens, please contact Host to buy this service for Thb1,000 per time. Host can help to arrange cleaning and linens laundry services with fee applied.

How many people can sleep in the room?
The maximum number of guests are stipulated per listing. Please ensure that the room you wish to book can accommodate the required number of guests.

Does the rate include breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the price.

Can I make bookings for tours and attractions at the property?
Yes, we have a fully operational tour desk infront of the main entrance that can assist you with booking tours and attractions.

How far are the property from the beach, shopping malls and other attractions?
Patong Beach is 15 min walk, Jungcylon Mall and Bangla road night life are approximately 25 min walk from our property.

Standard check in time is 14:00 and check out 11am.
