Emerald Terrace Condominium is nested on a hillside in a quiet and safe area, just a short drive away from the beach, restaurants, shopping and the famous Bangla road.

The apartment offers a king size bed, closet, kitchen for self-catering, as well as an en-suite bathroom. The balcony has chairs and overlooks Patong hills and the city. AC is there for your convenience. Flat-screen TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi is available.
The kitchen with cutlery and dishware for 2 make it a perfect holiday home.
For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
Emerald Terrace Resort provides 24hr security, CCTV cameras and smoke alarm systems. The staff at the reception can arrange motorbike or car rentals, transport, tickets and tours. Condo offers a free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall 3 times a day.
