This is strictly non smoking in the apartment (you can smoke at the balcony with balcony door closed). It is a 2 bedrooms with en-suite 2 bathrooms , living room with leather sofa, dinning space, full kitchen and kitchen wares, microwave, refrigerator, stove, comfortable beds and mattresses. There are nice 3 Smart Tvs in each room with one 55 inches curve TV with sound bar system to entertain you located in living room, other 2 Smart Tvs in each bedroom, Super Hi Speed WIFI, windy unit and nice panorama view. You will love this place and I am very good in my choice of the apartment and its compound. Full kitchen facilities to cook with dinning table and working table are in one set and medium size refrigerator. You can leave door open for windy if you prefer natural air, as we have door stop for you. This is very safe compound with Cctvs in the public area. Digital Safety Box is provided and everything you needed. There is nice mini mart and dinning restaurant at main entrance.

We are located at the South of Pattaya, walking distance to Night market (Walking street) in the South of Pattaya or to reach Bali Hai Pier. The view from the apartment is amazing seeing Mountain and Jomtien Bay and Koh Larn Island. There are view point on top of the building to enjoy the Fireworks Festival and New Year Festival or just to have selfie with Pattaya city and Bay.

What are not provided in this apartment:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning but you can ask for this service at Thb1500, which is included deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels. We do not change towels either on daily or weekly, so you must be happy to wash it with the washer (laundry room at the building with dryer) during your stay.
2. We do not provide any breakfast, you can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with eggs, hams and breads.
3. We do not refill the tissue papers, water bottles, detergents and other stuff, we would recommend you to buy it from supermarket to refill upto your requirements during your stay, as we dont have staff staying in this building.

Free swimming pool, free Gym, free parking and free shuttle to city and beach (need to check timing with reception lady for this service).

Enjoy your stay, just take off your shoes in the apartment. Do not throw tissue papers in toilet bowls, if it is clogged you must pay to repair it.
