The hotel is centrally located in a good area that is walking distance to some great restaurants, parks, and farmers markets. The room itself was good. It could use some renovations and upgrades, but it met expectations.

It was a place to stay over a long working weekend. Only true amenity was the fridge and microwave. King size bed and semi-spacious room were nice. Stingy with the towels and housekeeping.

We stayed over Memorial weekend because there was nothing left in town. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, but the accommodations were not nearly as pleasant. We were in a separate building across the street, which seemed like it was probably an old apartment building near the motel that was purchased and very cheaply renovated.

Great!

Another great stay in Payson! This was our second time at this motel. It’s very affordable, pet friendly, and has friendly staff. There’s also a lot to do within walking distance. Always a solid choice when we’re in town. You’ll see Elk around the Motel!

It was ok.. I did state that the pictures we saw on the website were definitely not what it is now and should be updated.. however the room was as pictured but outside was definitely outdated.. not truly worth $280.00 for 2 nights but it sufficed considering what other places were charging.. they definitely need to update online..

Checked into our room, the room was not properly clean and dirty sheets on the bed. Went to address the problem with office, asked front desk for another room, but was denied. Asked for a refund, but was denied refund due to me checking in. I told the front desk that I did not use the room and I would like a refund but was still denied. Just bad customer service all the way around.
