The staff was very nasty for one plastic cup. We had to beg them to give us a plastic up. They said we are not allowed to give more cups a plastic cup of one cents and never will go over there. Again dirty place dirty there was no breakfast I paid for a breakfast. There was no breakfast as 4 feet table with only coffee nasty place. Dirty people over there. It was like like a short day two hours. Stay only. I saw a lot of people with two hours only short day.

They oversold the hotel and didn't give us a room and weren't the least bit helpful. The person in charge said take it up with expedia. It's not their fault. First, the location did nto seem safe and there was a video recording of everything happening at the front desk. On top of that, the whole lobby reeked of cigarette smoke and there was an unsafe feel about the property. I had to call around and find another location on my own and other hotel receptionists were far more helpful in helping us find a room (one that was not at their property).

Subpar stay

Room smelled like mothballs and chainsmoke, there was hair in the bathtub and the shower didnt stop dripping. Friend had separate room and his also had a gross smell. Beds not comfortable but doable.

Staff was kind room was relatively clean but the counters had stains on it and the bed was not very comfortable. It was pretty quiet inside which was great traveling with dogs so it worked out for us on our way through.

Not awful, not great

The first room reeked of smoke, but the lady at the front desk (Jana??) was very apologetic and gave me a different room. Carpet was dirty, room was clean except for the broken cabinet door and cobwebs around the window, breakfast consisted of bad coffee and grab-and-go packaged muffins, guests smoked at the entrance to the hotel, checkout was irritating.
