The Expedia listing and the staff (prior to our arrival) both confirmed that we would have access to a rollaway crib for our baby. There was NO crib available when we got there. We were told right away at check-in that they didn’t even have them. This really felt like false advertising. We were very disappointed.

Hot tub was out of service. No mention of it on the hotel web page. No cable, desk receptionist said it was due to the rain although there were no major storms. Out for entire 2 day stay. Maybe caused by renovation work?
