My stay was ok we only needed for one night we had a hard time getting in our room our key didnt work had to go down twice the front desk lady was helpful she came up to use her key to get in

Place was very dirty we checked out two rooms and both rooms were very dirty. Look like the rooms were not even clean asked for the money back and the people loitering in the hallway was not a happy site.

The room was average. I killed a roach. The mini fridge needed to be defrosted. The room was partially remodeled. Breakfast options was juice, bagel, cereal, muffins, waffles and or toast. Need a little more TLC

Room smelked like cigarette smoke. Booked a smokefree room. Family member is allergic to cigarette smoke. You stuck to the floor. Staff was not very friendly.

Not worth the money

Room was ok. Bathroom was dirty. Front of toilet looked like feces was smeared across it. Refrigerator was dirty. The phone didn't work. I used my cell to call the manager on duty and complained about the bathroom and phone ( I have pictures and video). She apologized about the toilet but didn't send anyone to clean it. In regards to the phone, she said some work and some don't. It's an electrical issue. There were holes in the walls in the building. There was a square hole in the back of my bathroom door. And the putrid smell of weed was annoying. The toilet screeched for 20 seconds after flushing. Picture of outside of hotel is not what it really looks like. I want a refund!!!!
