Customer service was fairly terrible. I had been traveling all day, so I ordered room service right at 5pm. At 6pm, my food hadn't come (it was a club sandwich), so I called down to get an ETA. Nobody answered the phone despite repeated attempts. I called the front desk to ask them what was up, they said they would call me back. At 6:30, I hadn't heard from anyone, so I went down to the restaurant to hopefully talk to someone. I waited for 15 minutes and never saw a member of the waitstaff. So I went to the front desk and had them cancel my order. By the time I ordered food, it was delivered after 8pm. I know the hotel was very busy that night, and I'm an understanding person. I just wish someone had given me a heads up that I either wasn't going to get food or it was going to be super delayed so I could have taken care of myself earlier. Nobody was particularly friendly, either - I felt like I was irritating pretty much every staff member I talked to. It was just a rough experience after a long travel day.
