We arrived at the hotel around midnight with two young children, including an infant, only to be told that despite our confirmed and prepaid suite reservation through Expedia, the hotel was overbooked and had no room available for us. We were informed that overbooking is a frequent issue at this property, which is deeply concerning and unacceptable.

+ The front desk staff and breakfast staff were kind and helpful. + The suite we had was roomy and the floor/hotel was quiet at night. - The fitness center was abysmal. The sanitizing wipes were empty, towels ran out, no cups for water, broken floor in places, towels on the floor, broken cable press and no way to clean equipment as no wipes were there (it’s clear that nobody goes in there to service it). - I paid for two breakfasts for 4 days but upon checkout was told I didn’t so the first day I paid for 2 breakfasts ($65 with tip) but the next day, double checked my reservation and realized I did pay for it. I returned to the desk and another staff member informed me that because I booked through a third-party. It was not showing so I gave him a screenshot of my payment and he provided me with vouchers for breakfast. - My room was never cleaned (I never used the privacy please notice on the door either.). I had to request towels and supplies as a result. - The shower pressure (head) is too weak and the water level in the toilet is set way too low.

Arrived at 9p. Room was not available that we purchased and they discounted us a different room that was a downgrade. We needed a room with a seperate living space for our kid to sleep and they did not have what we created our reservation for.

The location is excellent- close to airport. The staff is polite and friendly and so helpful! Room is clean and the space is good. Not sure if it’s me, when I opened the door next morning, I smell something odd. I closed the door right away. Other than that, everything is perfect! Thank you Sandy

Sheraton Suites exceeded my expectations. The check in process was quick and the person at the front desk was friendly and made sure that we were comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The shuttle to the airport ran every 20 minutes, on time.

1. Restaurant is poor for a hotel that's supposed to be above average. Menu is a joke, and the food is average at best. 2. King bed mattress has a cavern in the middle, should have been replaced a few years ago. 3. The TV in the living area and the power receptacles are plugged into the light switch. Turn off the light so someone can sleep in the bedroom and the TV shuts off in the other room? Plugs can't be reached without moving furniture....... 4. $25 daily parking fee is just a money grab. 5. Hotel is half empty, yet I was given a room just 10 feet from a business reception and dinner in the hallway outside my door.
