Didn’t not stay the night. Dirty room.

Check in was ok in front desk. Room was terrible shower was disguising as in hasn’t been cleaned in a while. room was dirty sheets were clean but bed had a bed bugs. Front door to outside didn’t properly close looks like it had been kicked in a few times in the past.

This place is supremely disgusting. It shouldn’t be in business. Dirty, unsafe, room missing light fixtures, the locks on the door were broken. This place should not even be advertised.

I will be looking into a refund as we took one look (and trust me it isnt what is on your booking site) and booked amother room! Embarrassment to my children!! I expect a call.

The guy at check-in was great. That’s where the positives end. The lock on our door didn’t work and there was an inch gap under the door. Everything was sticky and gross. I don’t think anything in the room wasn’t broken (molding, flooring, drywall, outlets). SAVE YOURSELF. I genuinely considered sleeping in my car.

There is no customer service number I cannot stay here I am shaking it is so disgusting. I documented everything. This would never pass a health inspection. Also a car was lit on fire right outside of my door so I am now sleeping in my car and was not offered a hotel. Lawsuit coming your way
