Everything was excellent the food the staff everything clean and nice the room was excellent it was just a bit hot at night we tried to put the cool air on and it wouldn’t get fresh it was really hot we told the front desk but no one came to fix it but other than that everything was good i would really recommend it here.

Missing sticker plate on entry door, no seal between the joint room doors, no towel holder near the sink, no place to put shampoo, shaving items could hear the neighbor room people using the bathrooms (details) and conversations. Room smelled like paint and new hard floors allowed walking sounds from the room above. I’ve stayed at this hotel for years but, no more.

The Red Lion is under construction. I am in the business of construction but even if I was not in the business, I would not have rented a room anyplace to be around a hotel that is being renovated. It was dirty, it was dusty and noisy from time to time. I wanted peace and quiet and I want to clean place to sleep and relax. Most of the doors on the floor that we were on slammed hard and there was no buffers on the door to dampen the sound of slamming doors all night long. There was no weather stripping at the bottom of the entry door or the connecting room door and the people who were having sex adjacent to our unit could be heard and she was loud. The air conditioning did not cool down the room sufficiently to get the temperature at a comfortable 72°. Regards, D. A.
