I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious and clean. The area felt safe, and was very quiet. Only issue was the cover on the AC kept falling off, but other than that it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly.

This is a very comfortable hotel, the beds are comfortable with clean fresh white sheets, the shower puts out a warm spray of relaxing water. The pool is open at 8:00 am and is awesome. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

This is definitely an older property that is showing it age. Room and bed were clean but there was a horribly stained chair in the room and several cabinet edges were worn or chipped. Property was quiet and bed was comfortable. A good value for the low price we paid. The front desk is not staffed overnight and lobby is locked until 8am if that is a concern for you. It was close to ASU and freeways were easily accessed so it worked for us but there were things here that are definitely showing their age!

New nightmare management and ownership

The staff are rude and unprofessional and there is a Chinese lady that is very peculiar and always is talking about money. They now nickel and dime you for everything. Room 123 has had a damaged door for about two years and the door is not fixed yet and the hotel has changed hands.

The pictures on Expedia don't do justice. Photos can be so deceitful. The staffs were courteous and helpful, but I was very disappointed about this motel in general.
