My room flooded and my room phone was broken so I had to use all my towels and my own cloths to clean it up and I was told oh sorry we are doing renovations but I don't see any construction or any alterations happening because there isint I was just lied to. So I looked it up and they are not doing any renovations at this time they just tried to stiff me from a refund

Our shower was clogged up and did not drain properly, which made taking a shower unpleasant. This is a nice property, but this hotel should make free coffee available. The rooms are expensive without the luxury or amenities like a continental breakfast. I felt like I was paying a lot for little. The desk staff was great, and the shuttle between the hotel and the Mayo Clinic is very convenient.

Our room was canceled 1 day before we left for Scottdale. On Christmas Day no less. That being said it was not really anyone’s fault as their water lines broke. This happens sometimes and could happen anywhere. We were able to get a replacement hotel pretty quickly but the staff at Hotels.com were not at all helpful. I had to do the rebooking myself and while they called and let us know what was going on. They were no help in getting another room in the same area. The last call we were on our way to get our plane and I explained this to the person on the phone but she wouldn’t let me hang up. It was frustrating. They are going to refund the difference between the 2 hotels which was nice. I wasn’t expecting that.

The stay was good until we discovered the boiler broke therefore my daughter and I had to shower in cold water both days.to boot, they didnt even call on the second day to let me know that the boiler wasnt goin to be fixed for 2 wks..a call would have been nice so that we could have made other arrangements to stay where there was hot water. To top it off, i had a bad cold already and was there to be seen at mayo clinic for other medical issues. The cold showers were Unpleasant considering the circumstances. I would like to be refunded for the entire stay..the continental breakfast we paid for was crap & we didnt even use the 2nd day ticket.
