Great location 15 min walk to old Town and 5 min walk to restaurants that were excellent and that the locals go to. 30 min walk to the beach. Clean room. Asian and western options for breakfast. Don’t miss the opportunity to try the Asian breakfast options they were great.

We were in the Executive room with 2 double beds. Very comfortable, room size was very good, the shower was amazing. Room was very clean, the staff were very nice and the breakfast had lots of options with a great coffee machine. A little pricy, but was worth it.

Let's start with the staff, they are amazing, always smiling and very helpful. The hotel itself is ok but a bit dated, the Lobby, restaurant and bar areas are all very nice but the rooms could do with a facelift.

Sure — here’s your revised version without the em dash: --- The hotel overall was good, but there were a few disappointments. There were very few amenities provided, such as no lotion or conditioner, so be sure to bring your own. Unfortunately, our room and bathroom were not cleaned during our stay, and we had to call the front desk to request fresh towels and a refresh of the washroom. For a 5-star property, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail.

Liked the closeness to Phuket old town. Didn't like the pool are(nothing like the photos depicted),the breakfast was average at best. If you are going to stay here(I wouldn't recommend it)make sure you pay the deposit in cash, as I am still waiting for mine to be refunded back to me(paid by card), hotel reception said could take up to 30 working days to be refunded back to me which is absolutely ridiculous. Promised us a breakfast box as checking out early, took us 3 attempts at different times of the previous day to get this organised.
