My stay was good. I was there for a conference that was nearby, and I appreciated the convenience of it all. The hotel was clear, quiet, the price was reasonable, and the breakfast in the morning was good. I was a little bit bummed that I had reserved what was said to be a room with a “king size” bed, only to be put in a room with two queens, but it’s all good, overall. Just not what I was told was available. That was Hotel.com’s fault though. I would definitely stay again.

No dresser in room or place for clothing, besides small wardrobe with two hangers. There wasn’t a telephone to call the desk to report that the television didn’t work. Frustrating that the side door wasn’t accessible with room key, and we didn’t get room that was reserved. We were given a single full/Queen when we had reserved a king until we questioned the room.

Ok for One Night…

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, but property needs some updating and a thorough cleaning. The carpets in the rooms, hallways and elevators were dirty with lots of debris which could be easily vacuumed. The outlet in our room was missing half of the outer plate. Not the standard we are used to with Hampton Inns.
