Room was clean, from desk staff was friendly and helpful. Great elevator firv packing luggage. Did not use pool, how ever was promising. If you want to be the life of the party this place is for you. Restaurants, Street Vendors, hunreds of people, bands and did I mention Noise ... truly a touch of real Mexico. Buy 10/11 not a peep. Thank you for the stay ... felt 100 % safe.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Casa Melissa. Mainly because I was concerned about it being so close to the main tourist street Quinta Avenida and the noise and partying. It wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room and bathroom were clean. Hard beds but lumpy pillows. Excellent receptionists and location. *Need to supply drinking water and/or a filter water system in the foyer. Not enough again!

The hotel is practically on 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen. It’s walkable, there’s always food and something to do nearby. It’s not quiet but that’s expected! & we were totally fine with that. The rooms were very clean and it had AC although we didn’t really need it. Would def stay here again.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. You’re so close to a few very strategic locations, including downtown and the three different ferries, to name some.
