The room was wonderful love the hot tub in the room. Very very nice hot water. And we absolutely left Tracy that checked us in see if so nice and hope this with everything we needed

The room was nice & clean & the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the huge soaker tub. The only issue was the beds were quite queeky, and I am a light sleeper. But all in all we had a very nice time. I love to visit Lava in the cool weather.

When we checked in our room was not ready. We were more than happy to wait, but instead the friendly staff upgraded our room to the new Yellowstone. It was absolutely beautiful. Beautiful decor, modern accessories, comfy bed, outstanding tv. We absolutely loved our stay at Home Hotel!

Room was clean, needed extra blankets. No carpet in the room, floors were cold! This is in the only room with an outdoor private mineral hut tub. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the stay overall.

Parking was easy, on a weekend right after the christmas holiday and before the new year. Walking around town was easy, in spite of the below freeezing weather. Hot springs one block away are always nice but under construction and were busy between 6pm and 8pm. The local bar down the road is nice and had good food. The sky bar or whatever up a million stairs is really cool and id go back in the summer

The room was very clean and the soaking tub was awesome. It was only a couple minutes walk to the hot springs, so that was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

I now see why reservations is are non- refundable. Got to our room very cold with inadequate heating. Front desk gave us an electric heater which helped. Very noisy each time someone used outside stairs the wall behind headboard moved. Plugged heater in and worn outlet arched. Tub was dirty and had cracked paint we never even turned the water on it was so bad. Door to room not secure and hallway light shining around door gap. Prepaid 2 nights but left early morning after 1 night. I booked because of favorable reviews but it has to be manipulated and this one will disappear shortly. Buyer Beware
