I always stay there recently when I am in the area. Very nice, large rooms, vending machines and a decent breakfast in the a.m. Best of the options there, currently.

Shower mats and baseboards had mold. Rooms have a bad smell. The rate for one night was way too expensive for the rooms to have been this bad. Only reason we stayed was because all the other places were full. Would not recommend anyone this place.

Cheaper option to visit Sedona

Staff is great. Esp the lady at the reception. One of the queen sheet and comforter was smelling really bad. She gave us a clean comforter when requested. Also if you need extra soap, don't hesitate to ask. Wish there was body wash though. We were on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was very average, so didn't eat there. Luckily many restaurants around so we picked up breakfast from McDonald's. The toilet kept making noise after flush, dead red ants in the sink and bathroom area. Ok place to crash for the night otherwise price was too high during memorial day weekend $200+

Seemed to be understaffed. Only one person at the front desk at around 7:00 pm when I checked in. She was on the phone for 10 or more minutes helping a remote customer. The alarm clock didn't work and had loose parts inside (battery was OK). Tried to call front desk about wakeup call butt the phone in the room had no dial tone. Eventually found out it had a receiver button that was stuck in the down position. Front desk person didn't give me an option to have someone bring me another phone - I assumed due to available staffing. The woman at the front desk was always polite and trying her best to help.

The staff was very helpful and accommodated our questions and needs right away. It was an enjoyable experience. The beds very excellent to sleep in. The breakfast was excellent. There was always a variety of items available. We did miss the swimming pool since it was closed.

At the timenofnmy visit the pool was going through renovations. Light bulbs in room needed replacement on a lamp. Also refrigerator was not checked by staff prior to renting room, there was a beverage which I disposed off. Breakfast options are okay, convenient location off the highway.

The walls were paper thin, the light in the bathroom constantly flickered, the pool and hot tub were closed due to some health and safety reason, although hotel states online it is functionial. Do not recommend staying here if you're looking to relax and unwind. Breakfast was standard. Coffee not great.
