3 bedroom villa, with private pool and BBQ, Pollensa

Villa Camp del Bosch has panoramic views of the countryside and mountains, and the villa is located in an excellent location between the old town of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. A wide variety of beaches and services are a short drive away. This charming villa has a large garden and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the 3 bedrooms.



The wide driveway and private parking area are closed off from the rural road. As you approach the villa, you will be greeted by an unparalleled view of the Pollensa countryside and the distant Tramuntana mountains. The entrance to the villa is at the front, next to the parking area.



The living room has comfortable sofas, a flat-screen television and a table and chairs. On the other side of the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.



Next to the kitchen there is a spacious covered terrace with a table and chairs, comfortable seating and a barbecue



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a room with two single beds and a double room, which share a second independent bathroom (with a low ceiling, 160 cm). Both rooms also share access to a spacious terrace with views of the countryside and the mountain.



The villa has a magnificent swimming pool and a garden oriented to the south, which receives sun for most of the day. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and from the pool you can enjoy views of the open countryside and mountains. The pergola provides shade for the dining area and living space, and the brick barbecue is located on one side of the garden.



Villa Camp del Bosch can accommodate up to 6 people. (Travel cots and high chairs are available FREE OF CHARGE upon request).



Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM



The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

As a guest of 3 bedroom villa, with private pool and BBQ, Pollensa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
