Set amongst the fields and meadows of the Pollença countryside, Can Roig is welcoming, bright and airy throughout. Beneath a spacious beamed terrace, a sturdy wooden front door opens into an inviting open plan living and dining area, complete with a Smart TV and a breakfast bar connecting to the recently renovated, well-equipped kitchen.

An ornate wood burner sits proudly in one corner, adding charm and character to the homely interior, while the windows frame beautiful views of the dramatic Sierra Tramuntana mountains.

Both bedrooms feature traditional beamed ceilings that enhance the villa’s authentic character, while the modern bathroom blends nicely with subtle Mallorcan touches. Ideal for couples or small families, the villa offers a wonderfully relaxing retreat.

The true highlight of this delightful home is its generous outdoor space. Mature shrubs, olive trees, mini cypresses, and neatly trimmed hedges create a peaceful sense of privacy around the pool, which is bordered by a well-kept lawn - just perfect for a game of Frisbee. From the terrace, the pool enjoys stunning views across the Colonya Valley towards Puig de Maria. Beside the pool a superb adjacent summer kitchen consisting of wooden beams, swinging rustic lanterns, a long solid wood table and brick built barbecue sets the scene for warm, convivial evenings in a carefree ambience. 

Ideally located, the villa is just a short drive from the beautiful northern coast beaches of Port de Pollença and Playa de Muro, as well as the enchanting medieval towns of Pollença and Alcúdia. Here, weekly markets, charming cafés, tapas bars, and excellent restaurants line the narrow cobbled streets. Nearby attractions also include a water park, scenic train journeys to Palma, and a choice of three excellent golf courses.

Air conditioning usage (12 hours per day) is included in the rental rate. The wood burner is for ornamental purposes only
Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay for all visitors aged 16 and over.  €2.00 (€2.20 incl. IVA) (£2) per night for the first 9 nights, €1.00 (€1.10 incl. IVA) (£1) per night for each night thereafter per person.  We will add this amount to your booking.
IMPORTANT:
Please make sure that you select the correct number of Guests as only the declared guests are authorised to stay at the property.
You will need to provide the full names (along with ages of any guests under the sage of 16), when making your reservation.
Undeclared guests will be charged the pro rata property rental per person, or the booking cancelled without a refund.
Over occupancy of the property is not allowed, however you are permitted to have an infant (under 2) in a cot. In some cases, we may be able to permit an additional cot, but you should message us before booking.
The minimum age for the lead booker is 25 years old.
As part of Spanish law, we are required to collect passport/ID information from you. We will send you a secure link for you to submit this information.
