Casa El Vila 61 is a stunning Mediterranean villa which is guaranteed to impress. It has five bedroom, four bathrooms, a guest toilet, a swimming pool, incredible views, and a convenient location, 5 minutes by car from the historic old town of Pollensa and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa.



The villa enjoys a unique elevated position offering amazing views of Pollensa Bay and the countryside, which combined with its dramatic mountain backdrop of the Serra de Tramuntana, make it the ideal destination for small families, groups of friends or cyclists.



Inside, the villa has been beautifully renovated with bright interiors, chic décor and modern elements blended with traditional features such as high, wood beamed ceilings.

On the main level there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace for the cooler months, a television, and plenty of comfortable seating where you can relax. There is a bright dining area with access to the terrace, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar where you can have a coffee whilst chatting to the chef!

This level also has three bedrooms and two bathrooms: The master bedroom has twin beds which are individually adjustable, and an en suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bathroom.



The lower level of the villa contains a guest apartment which has a living room, two single bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also enjoys wonderful views and independent access to the pool area.



Outside there is a tropical feel with mature native plants and palm trees. You can savour the Mediterranean atmosphere on any of the spacious terraces which are equipped with sofa seating, and dining tables and chairs for alfresco dining, plus there is a luxurious swimming pool with a sunbathing area and loungers.
