Beautiful summer house located on a farm at the foot of Puig de Maria, overlooking the mountains and located just minutes from the village of Pollensa, is the ideal destination for those seeking nature and to have within reach in a few minutes, restaurants, stores and beaches.
The house has capacity for 4 people.
On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room and a double bedroom with air conditioning and a small bathroom ensuite with shower, on the second floor there is a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace overlooking the mountains, has, Wifi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, swimming pool and a nice garden and terrace where you can enjoy long evenings al fresco.
This house has around other houses, with neighbors very close and is located just 600 meters from the village of Pollensa, you can walk but the road is narrow and with traffic during the summer.
We recommend a car.
