Located in the beautiful area of La Font, between the town of Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, this beautiful and traditional house is ideal for a family holiday. The pool is heated in the months of April, May and October to a maximum of 26 degrees.

From the main entrance we arrive at a cozy living room, fully equipped with a dining table and chairs and a sofa with armchairs. On the other side of the entrance is the kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave and other utensils necessary in a holiday home of this category. The dishwasher and washing machine are located in the laundry room next to the kitchen.A hallway gives us access to the bedroom area, these include one double and two doubles, all of them share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.

The beautiful 4 x 3 meter kidney-style swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden and native plants. The exterior of the house is completed by beautiful terrace areas, both covered and uncovered, ideal for enjoying the warm nights of the Mallorcan summer. The property also has a ping-pong table.
